Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed will be shipped immediately via USPS on the next business day. USPS should be delivered in 2-7 days, however delivery times are not guaranteed. Orders with APO/FPO addresses and in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and may take longer to be delivered.
Privacy & Security
Our customers’ privacy is important to us. Your customer information will not be passed on to any third party clients. JellyRolls2Go.com is a 100% secure encrypted online-shopping store. All transactions are conducted through Paypal.com’s award winning, ultra-safe transaction system and absolutely none of your information even passes through this site. So, you can feel at ease as much as we do that your business with us is in the safest hands on the internet.
Returns & Replacements
We want you to be pleased with your purchase and your complete satisfaction is important to us! We have a 15-day return policy on items you are not satisfied with. Refunds will be issued once items are returned to us. Refunds will not be given for shipping & handling charges. A 20% restocking fee is charged for returns. Sale items and cut yardage may not be returned. Due to copyright laws, patterns and books may not be returned. All merchandise returns must be in original unopened packaging, with the label intact and in resalable, original condition and packaging, and they must not have a smoke odor to them. Returns that have a smoke odor will not be refunded. Customer pays all return shipping costs. We charge a $5 fee for any canceled orders after the order has been processed.

To purchase goods, navigate your way through our many catagories of inventory and left-click the “add to cart” button under any desired selection. Paypal’s online shopping cart will monitor your selections and when you’re done shopping just left-click the “checkout” button to continue on to Paypal’s secure online payment options. Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Prices on all of our items go up and down over time. Jelly Rolls 2 Go often has special promotions impacting the prices of selected items for short periods. At the time of your purchase, whether inside or outside of a special promotion, you are agreeing to the price at the time of your purchase. Any change in price at a future point from your moment of sale will not be redeemable.
Viewing Orders
Jelly Rolls 2 Go runs its payment and shipping through paypal, and as a result all shipping and ordering information will be sent to you and viewable by paypal.com. If you create an account with Jelly Rolls 2 Go, you will be able to view current and previous order information through your personal account window once you log-in. If you cannot find the order information that you’re looking for through either your paypal account or Jelly Rolls 2 Go account, email us and we will do the best we can to help you.
Updating Account Information
To update your account information log-in with your email address and password in the top right hand corner of the website. If you lost your password, click on “forgot my password” and we will generate a new password and send it to your email address. Once logged in, in the main panel you can change your password, active or de-activate yourself from newsletters, and add or change primary addresses. The box to the left of the main panel will allow you to look at unique Jelly Rolls 2 Go account user information, including your current and previous orders, your wishlist, and any tags or product reviews you might have posted.
