Naming this quilt “Midwest Crossing” was not only for it’s “X” like stars but because here in America you have to cross through the highways and biways of the Midwest to get from one coast line to the other, and the Midwest is the heart of America!” – J.L. Collection Description: No other fabric evokes 19th century America more than an indigo cotton. Our collection of indigoes is taken from snippets and scraps from sewing baskets and linen cupboards, as well as from our own collections.
