Moda Scrap Bags – Fabric Strips Each bag contains varying widths and lengths of fabric strips, most are 2″ to 4″ wide and are 32″ or longer. Some have one salvage edge but still have 2 to 4 inches of print. Each bag is different but all the strips in each bag are from one collection or line of their fabric so they will all coordinate beautifully! There isn’t a specific amount of strips (like you get with Jelly Rolls), because they are based on weight, and each bag weighs approximately 11 ounces. That’s over a 1/2 pound of beautiful Moda fabric scraps at a great price! Perfect for any jelly roll, honey bun or strip quilting scrap project and more. Since each scrap bag is different ~ yours will be a surprise!

Good price and I bought two, but every strip was a salvaged edge
Arrived quickly, and nice fabric, but every single strip was a salvaged edge. Biggest strip of ‘Useable’ fabric was 3 inches, and that was only at the end of the strip. Most was maybe 2 inches of useable fabric. So I’m a little disappointed as I was hoping to at least be able to make some strip quilts from patterns I’d gotten.

With Moda’s “Scrap Bags” you are not guaranteed any type of strip at all. They are “scraps”, which are great in crazy quilting, patchwork and such.
