By Howard Marcus These Hexagons, or Hexies, are 6” (point to point) precut hexagons that come in packs of 40. Each of the honeycomb packs also includes a plastic template that has pre-drilled holes 1/4″ from corner edges. This is perfect to mark the stop and start when sewing the honeycombs together by machine. Every pack not only includes a plastic template but also a free pattern! Collection Description: No collection is complete without the basics. With the extensive archive of historic prints in Howard Marcus’s private collection it seemed fitting to create a collection of quilting essentials. These particular prints range in origin from 1825-1840. In a vintage palette of warm tea-dyes, golds, reds, browns, and blues these simple little prints will be right at home mingling with your favorite reproduction prints. Or use the entire collection to make a fantastic, rich quilt. Traditional prints support a national tradition with proceeds benefitting the 4-H Club, a leader in youth development.
